Description: We are following the newly released format for lacrosse in the Olympics.  These sessions are geared for players looking to gain better stick skills, lacrosse IQ, and conditioning in a fun and competitive environment.  Each training session will include game situation and lacrosse IQ improvement.  Our training program will be run by Chris Spangler and his varsity coaching staff.  Chris is a 3x MLL Champion Lacrosse Coach and head coach at Chatfield High School.  

Who: Incoming 5th-8th grade boys
