Middle & High School Beginner Strength Camp

June 4 – July 13, No camp on the 4th of July

Middle School and High School Camps include the option to participate in the speed camp, strength camp or both camps.

Cost of Camp: $100

Description of Camp: The weight camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete. The lifting camp will be held for incoming 7th-12th graders only. This year there will be two weight camps running simultaneously in two separate weight rooms at Chatfield Senior High.  One camp will be geared towards working with male athlete and one that will be geared toward the female athlete.

Camp Dates/Times: June 4th – July 13th (Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 6 weeks) from 11 am – Noon. 17 total sessions. NO camp on July 4th

Camp Location: Located in the Chatfield Weight rooms on the south side of the building- Kids that are doing both camps will be escorted from speed camp to strength camp by Charger Elite Camp employee
