7th – 12th Grade Strength Training (Male or Female Athletes)
Middle School and High School Camps include the option to participate in the speed camp, weight camp or both camps.
Cost of Camp: $100 for weight camp only. $150 if you choose to do both speed and weight camp (Savings of $50)
Description of Camp: The weight camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete. The lifting camp will be held for incoming 7th-12th graders only. This year there will be two weight camps running simultaneously in two separate weight rooms at Chatfield Senior High. One will be geared towards working with male athletes and one that will be geared toward the female athlete.
Camp Dates/Times: June 5th – July 14th (Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 6 weeks) from 11 am – Noon. 16 total sessions. NO camp on July 3rd or 5th.
Camp Location: Located in the Chatfield Weight rooms on the south side of the building
