10th – 12th Grade Female Athlete Strength & Conditioning Camp
Cost of Camp: $150
Description of Camp: Female athletes will take part in a challenging total body weight lifting and training program. We will focus on using proper technique, increasing athleticism and strength. Athletes will also receive instruction on the proper nutrition required to maintain energy and achieve their goals. They will learn how to create their own future workouts, build nutrition plans, and use a spotter correctly when in the gym. Athletes will also get to sample great-tasting, healthy foods that they can incorporate into their daily lives to maximize the workouts and get the results they want.
Dates/Times: June 5th-July 26th 9:15 am – 10:45 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
No camp on July 3rd, 4th, 5th
